How Orders Are Fulfilled

Peppy Care provides physician-guided peptide therapy. All treatments are prescription medications that must be reviewed and approved by a licensed medical provider before they can be dispensed.

Once your provider reviews your health intake and approves a personalized treatment plan, your prescription is sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy. Because each medication is compounded (made to order) specifically for you, orders cannot be prefabricated or pulled from existing inventory.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

After your provider approves your treatment plan, please allow 7–10 business days for your medication to be compounded, quality-checked, and delivered to your door. This timeline includes:

  1. Prescription transmittal — Your approved prescription is securely sent to our partner compounding pharmacy.
  2. Compounding — Your medication is individually prepared according to your prescribed formulation and dosage.
  3. Quality assurance — Each order undergoes quality and potency verification before it is released for shipment.
  4. Shipping — Your medication is packaged in temperature-controlled, unmarked packaging and shipped via a tracked carrier.

Shipping Details

Temperature-Sensitive Medications

Certain peptide formulations are temperature-sensitive. These orders are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging (insulated containers and ice packs) to maintain medication integrity during transit.

Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery. Peppy Care is not responsible for medication degradation caused by extended exposure to heat or cold after delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in your monthly plan at no additional charge. There are no hidden fees or surcharges for standard delivery.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet the 7–10 business day timeline, occasional delays may occur due to pharmacy capacity, supply availability, or carrier disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team at support@peppy.care and we will provide a status update.
