REFUND POLICY

Overview

Peppy Care is committed to providing high-quality, physician-guided peptide therapy. Because all medications are compounded (made to order) specifically for each patient based on an individualized prescription, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on dispensed medications.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

All Peppy Care medications are custom-compounded by a licensed pharmacy to match your provider-approved prescription. Once a medication has been compounded and shipped, it cannot be restocked, resold, or reused for another patient. This policy exists to:

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. To cancel, contact our support team at support@peppy.care or through your patient portal.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your medication arrives damaged, compromised, or does not match your prescription, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@peppy.care. We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

To report a problem, please provide:

  1. Your full name and order number.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Photos of the packaging and medication (if applicable).

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have questions about a charge on your account, please contact us at support@peppy.care within 30 days of the charge. Our team will review your account and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Provider Consultation Fees

The initial provider consultation and ongoing provider access included in your plan are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
