Who is the Peppy partner program for?

Will the intake use my branding?
Yes. The program includes a custom-branded intake for your business. Patients submit their health information for review by a licensed provider through that experience.
Do I need to manage doctors, pharmacies, or patient support?
Peppy coordinates providers, pharmacy fulfillment, patient support, and refill issues. Licensed providers make medical decisions, and licensed pharmacies dispense prescribed medication. Your role is to introduce your community to the offering.
Does every patient receive a prescription?
No. A licensed provider reviews each patient's medical information and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. Continued treatment and refills also depend on clinical eligibility.
Which treatments and locations are available?
Availability depends on the patient's location, the treatment, the provider, and the pharmacy. Discuss current options and coverage with Peppy before promoting a particular treatment or offering it in a state.
What can partners see in their reporting?
Verified partners receive dashboard access to track program performance, including revenue and projected revenue. Patient identities, medical records, and private treatment information are not shared with partners.
